This Beverly Hills–Bel Air stunner faced a familiar high-end challenge: how to turn heads in a market already packed with jaw-dropping mansions. Enter The Seymour Group—one of L.A.’s top commercial firms—ready for a marketing campaign that was chic, playful, and luxurious enough to knock the socks off even the most jaded buyer.
Our solution? A bespoke blend of print, video, web, and social strategies that showcased the property’s star power to perfection. The result? It sold at a cool half-million over asking, firmly cementing its status among the city’s crown jewels. Hollywood naturally took notice—so much so that Bella Thorne’s cannabis brand, Forbidden Flowers, rented the property for a shoot (unfortunately, a little too much fun was had, resulting in a broken fountain to the tune of 40 grand). But the buzz didn’t stop there: Netflix later chose our hero photo to represent their new show “Buying Beverly Hills,” giving this home a well-deserved encore on the small screen. Now that’s what we call star appeal.
