JohnHart Real Estate wanted to make a real splash in the crowded Los Angeles market, and that’s where I came in as Media Director. My mandate? Level-up their media strategy and leave the competition playing catch-up.
Step one: embrace video marketing like it was the new black. I led the media team in creating immersive, cinematic property listings and promotional content—essentially turning each home into a short film that buyers actually wanted to watch. Suddenly, static photos felt about as exciting as an outdated phone book.
Step two: take to the skies. I introduced drone technology into our arsenal, capturing breathtaking aerial views that gave every listing a larger-than-life perspective. It’s tough for a buyer to scroll past a listing when it looks like it’s starring in its own Hollywood blockbuster.
The payoff? JohnHart’s media efforts evolved into an industry gold standard, redefining real estate marketing with every high-flying shot and captivating video. Clients noticed. Competitors noticed. And in the end, we didn’t just meet expectations—we soared well above them, solidifying JohnHart’s status as a leader in the game.
